Highest MMA fighters achievers that had no prior athletic background until they started training martial arts/MMA in their 20s/30s?

Just wondering which fighters had zero athletic background that started training MMA in their 20s/30s that still managed to achieved high? Previously some people stated like guys like Chuck Lidell/Randy Couture started MMA late and still won championships. But those guys had wrestling backgrounds in NCAA Division I so that greatly benefited them in the long run. Or guys like Alexander Volkanovski or Ciryl Gane who didn't have martial arts background but have a sports background like rugby...
