Fedor is my biggest idol and a true hero in my eyes, but Fabricio Werdum's victory was beautiful and 100% earned.

When I first saw this fight, I was devastated and I couldn't accept it. I was trying to find excuses. But now I finally see: Werdum was very clever in this fight. He knew Fedor would underestimate him when he's on the ground and he played Fedor like a fiddle. Fedor is still my favorite and forever will be, I don't think anybody will repeat his success from the 2000s, but he's not a demigod and he's not unbeatable.
